Vintage Women's Silk Michiyuki

A women's kimono coat 'michiyuki' made from iris purple silk with a gorgeous floral lining from the mid 20th century. It has a 'Daimaru Osaka' department store tag. It is in great vintage condition, except the covered buttons are a little worn out as shown in the last photo.

Michiyuki is a traditional Japanese outerwear garment worn over a kimono like a coat when it is cold or rains outside. It features a square neck with snap button closure.
