PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. We accept payments via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or through PayPal.

 

AVAILABILITY

While we do our best to maintain the online store up to date, on rare occasions, items you've ordered may not be available. In such cases, we'll promptly contact you to inform you of the situation. We may suggest alternative options for your consideration. If no suitable alternatives exist, we will issue a full refund for the sold out item. 

 

RETURNDS & REFUNDS

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the option of a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact us with proof of purchase, and we will arrange either an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

The customer is responsible for covering the return postage costs. Please note that certain items, such as cut fabrics, clearance, and sale items, are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

While we are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage by Australia Post once your items have been shipped, we will gladly assist you by providing the necessary information to facilitate your claim.
