While we do our best to maintain the online store up to date, on rare occasions, items you've ordered may not be available. In such cases, we'll promptly contact you to inform you of the situation. We may suggest alternative options for your consideration. If no suitable alternatives exist, we will issue a full refund for the sold out item. 



We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer the option of an exchange or store credit. Kindly contact us with proof of purchase within 5 business days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for covering the return postage costs.

Please be aware that certain items, including cut fabrics, clearance, and sale items, are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

We are not liable for loss, delay, or damage by Australia Post once items have been shipped. We are unable to refunds or replacements for items missing or damaged in transit. Nevertheless, we will assist you by providing all necessary information to facilitate your claim.
