Antique Black Silk Kimono Fabric with Chrysanthemum Motif

An antique fine silk in black, featuring a gorgeous chrysanthemum motif in autumn tones, dating from the early to mid-20th century. It is a lightweight silk with a slightly papery, structured feel. This piece was originally part of the bodice of a women's kimono.

It is in good overall condition, with some tiny holes and a small mend.
