Antique Indigo Katazome Cotton Furoshiki

An antique indigo katazome cotton piece from the early 20th century. Originally part of an under kimono, it has been repurposed into a square cloth for use as a furoshiki.

This piece features an intricate pattern of dots and floral motifs, stencil resist dyed on both sides. The double-sided dyeing adds depth and character, highlighting the craftsmanship of traditional katazome techniques.

The fabric is medium weight with a soft hand, making it suitable for interior use, wrapping, or sewing and creative projects. It is in good vintage condition.
