Vintage Women's Fukuro Obi

A vintage women's 'fukuro' obi with a pretty colour combination, silvery grey and pink, and design. It is in good preloved condition overall but the plain white back is subtly stained.

Fukuro obi is the most common type of obi worn for formal or semi formal occasions since the 1950s. It is a simplified version of fully patterned Maru obi, usually patterns on two-thirds of the front length with a plain, full-length back.
