Vintage Grey Tsumugi Silk Kimono Fabric with Kikko Pattern

A vintage tsumugi silk fabric piece from an undone kimono, featuring a classic kikkō (tortoiseshell) pattern in grey and black. Woven from medium weight tsumugi silk with the characteristic natural slubs of the yarn, it has a soft handle and gentle body, making it ideal for sewing, patchwork, or home décor projects.

It is in good vintage condition, however the bodice section has a faint blue maker's line on the reverse, which is not visible from the front of the fabric. Available in two different lengths.
