A dead stock bolt of vintage indigo green cotton, originally woven for traditional Japanese futon covers. This medium-weight cotton has a soft hand and a deep green tone, created from a combination of indigo and yellow dyes. The hand-dyeing process gives the fabric beautiful depth and character, with each length displaying its own unique variation.

This is an uncut vintage bolt in good unused condition, available by the metre.
