Vintage Indigo Kasuri Cotton Pieces Bundle
A bundle of vintage indigo kasuri weave cotton pieces from the early to mid-20th century, originally part of a kimono.
Kasuri is a traditional Japanese weaving technique where the threads are resist-dyed before weaving to create blurred, intricate patterns—similar to ikat.
These pieces have been unpicked from a garment, ready to be given a new life. The bundle includes five pieces:
2 pieces: 35 cm W × 80 cm L, 1 piece: 35 cm W × 38 cm L, 2 pieces: 27 cm W × 80 cm L
Overall, it is in good vintage condition for any craft projects, though there are some stains and partial discolourations.
