Vintage Indigo Kasuri Cotton with Sashiko

A vintage indigo kasuri cotton piece from the mid 20th century, originally from the bodice of a farmer’s workwear jacket. The piece features all-over sashiko stitching, creating a richly textured, gently quilted feel. The front shows a soft kasuri pattern, while the reverse is an indigo and charcoal striped cotton.

The cotton is soft with a beautiful worn-in texture. In good vintage condition.
