Vintage Navy Tsumugi Silk Kimono Fabric Piece

A vintage Japanese tsumugi silk fabric piece from an undone kimono, featuring a finely woven check with small geometric kasuri motifs on a deep navy ground. 

Woven from medium-weight tsumugi silk, the fabric has a textured surface and a soft natural sheen. Its simple geometric pattern makes it versatile for sewing, patchwork, accessories and other textile projects.

It is in good vintage condition, available in two different lengths.
