Vintage Plain Light Indigo Cotton Piece

A vintage Japanese plain cotton fabric piece in a soft indigo blue, woven with a lightweight, gauze-like structure. The slightly open weave and soft handle create a beautiful drape.

Two slightly different shades of indigo are available. The lighter shade, shown in the second photo, has occasional small snip cuts along the selvedge made to release tension in the fabric. The slightly darker shade, shown in the third photo, has no selvedge cuts.

Both are in good vintage condition with minor signs of age and use. Two pieces are available in each shade.
