Vintage Stripe Hemp Kimono Fabric

A vintage striped hemp textile from an undone men's kimono, dating from the early to mid 20th century. The finely woven stripe pattern appears in a very dark indigo tone, almost black in certain light.

The hemp has a firm, sturdy handle with a coarse, textured feel. Suitable for interior use, sturdy sewing projects, or creative reuse. In good vintage condition. 2 pieces available.
