Vintage Boys' Cotton Kimono Set

A set of little boys' cotton kimono and haori from the mid to late 20th century. The material is 'kasuri' weave cotton with a check pattern, and this set has never been worn.

The kimono has been tucked by stitching on the waist and shoulders to adjust its length/size, fitting a child around 110cm in height, about 5 years old. The length has up to 20cm allowance to make it longer if needed, and the shoulders have up to 10cm allowance.

It comes with a simple cotton sash as shown in the photo.

'Mitake' length (from shoulder to bottom) - 80 cm 
'Yuki' sleeve length (from centre back to cuff) - 42.5 cm

Haori measurements:

'Take' length (from shoulder to bottom) - 59 cm
'Yuki' sleeve length (from centre back to cuff) - 43 cm
